学名：Emberiza cioides
英名：Meadow Bunting
形态：小型鸟类，体长15-18cm。具醒目的黑白色头部图纹和栗色的胸带，以及白色的眉纹、上髭纹并颏及喉。繁殖期雄鸟脸部有别致的褐色及黑白色图纹，胸栗，腰棕。雌鸟色较淡，眉线及下颊纹皮黄，胸浓皮黄色。
虹膜深褐色；嘴黑色；脚肉色。
分布：中国中东部及东北大部分地区有分布。在保护区属常见的留鸟。
习性：常栖息于低山丘陵和平原地带的次生林和灌丛中，性胆怯。繁殖期食物以昆虫为主，非繁殖期以植物性食物为主。
