如何书写投稿信

一、投稿信的内容

投稿信,即“Cover Letter”,主要内容有:①声明文稿权转让;②未一稿多投和在稿件未作出决定前不准备一稿多投;③所有列出作者均对文稿有确切贡献;④文稿内容真实,无作伪;⑤所有作者均已阅读文稿,且同意送稿;⑥通信作者地址、电话、Fax、e-mail;⑦通信作者的签名。此外临床实验要求写明符合伦理学要求。当然各个杂志的具体要求是不一样的,在杂志的“Guide for Authors”中一般会有要求。如果没有具体要求,大家可按照通用要求处理。

二、投稿信的常用模版

【模版一】

Dear Dr.主编姓名:

We submit our manuscript entitled“文章题目”to“杂志名”for publication.

接着简单介绍文章的主要创新点和意义,不宜过多,但要突出新意和关键点。

A1l authors have seen the manuscript and approved to submit to your journal.Thank you very much for your attention and consideration.

【模版二】

Dear Dr.主编姓名:

This is a manuscript by“作者姓名”entitled“文章题目”。It is submitted to be considered for publication as a“文章类型”in your journal.This paper is new.Neither the entire paper nor any part of its content has been published or has been accepted elsewhere.It is not being submitted to any other journal.

We believe the paper may be of particular interest to the readers of your journal.

接着简单介绍你文章的主要创新点和意义。

We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled“文章题目”,which we wish to be considered for publication in your honored journal.All authors have seen and approved the submission.

We have reviewed the final version of the manuscript and approved it is our original work for publication.To the best of our knowledge and belief,this manuscript has not been published in whole or in part nor is it being considered for publication elsewhere.
