【摘要】：暂停时对生产设备和材料的付款_FIDIC设计采购施工/交钥匙工程合同条件在下列条件下,承包商有权得到尚未运到现场的生产设备和(或)材料的价值的付款:生产设备的生产、或生产设备和(或)材料的交付被暂停达到28天以上;承包商已按雇主的指示,标明上述生产设备和(或)材料为雇主的财产.The Contractor shall be entitled to payment of the value of Plant and/or Materials which have not been delivered to Site, if:the work on Plant or delivery of Plant and/or Materials has been suspended for more than 28 days, andthe Contractor has marked the Plant and/or Materials as the Employer’s property in accordance with the Employer’s instructions.
在下列条件下,承包商有权得到尚未运到现场的生产设备和(或)材料(按暂停开始日期时)的价值的付款:
（a） 生产设备的生产、或生产设备和(或)材料的交付被暂停达到28天以上;
（b） 承包商已按雇主的指示,标明上述生产设备和(或)材料为雇主的财产.
The Contractor shall be entitled to payment of the value (as at the date of suspension) of Plant and/or Materials which have not been delivered to Site, if:
(a) the work on Plant or delivery of Plant and/or Materials has been suspended for more than 28 days, and
the Contractor has marked the Plant and/or Materials as the Employer’s property in accordance with the Employer’s instructions.
