课程目标

本课题主题为“城市建筑”，希望学生能够在三年级上学期建筑设计课程训练的基础上，进一步将驱动建筑方案生成、发展的外在动力与内在动力进行深入地对接与整合，掌握在复杂环境中组织复杂空间、复杂功能和复杂流线的方法，并为后续住区规划和城市设计的训练打下基础。

任务书

地块位于南京市中央路与南昌路十字路口西南侧，南邻时代超市，北侧为建设新村小区，用地红线内面积11016 m²。

规划限定：

沿中央路退让用地红线15 m，其余边界退让5 m，建筑限高15 m，层数不超过4层。

功能要求：

总建筑面积10000 m²，包括以下功能：

1.社区服务设施：建筑面积约2500—3000 m²。包括：居委会200—300 m²；文化站400—600 m²；社区卫生服务300 m²；社区服务中心200—300 m²；邮电所100—150 m²；修理部100 m²；储蓄所100—150 m²。

2.净菜市场：约1000 m²。

3.商业、服务与娱乐空间：约6000 m²，服务于周边住区与城市，业态选择自定。

4.辅助用房：卫生间、储藏间、设备间等，根据规范和相关技术要求设置。

5.停车位：机动车按0.6个/100 m²配置，地上车位占20%。非机动车按4—6个/100 m²配置。

Course Objectives

The subject theme is "urban architecture",it is hoped the students will connect deeply with and integrate the external power and internal power of the development and formation of the drive construction program on the basis of the architectural design course training in the first term of the third grade,grasp the method of organizing complex space,complex functions and complex flow-line in complex environments,and build the foundation for subsequent physical planning and urban design training.

Mission Statement

The land is located in the southwest side of the intersection of Nanchang Road and Central Road in Nanjing,south to Times Supermarket,north is Construction Residential Quarter,land area within the red line 11,016 m².

Planning limit:

The red line along the central road compromises 15 m of land,the other boundary compromise 5 m,building height limit of 15 m,no more than 4 layers.

Functional requirements:

The total construction area is 10,000 m²,including the following features:

1.Community service facilities:construction area is about 2,500-3,000 m². Including:neighborhood committee 200-300 m²; cultural stations 400-600 m²; community health services 300 m²; Community Service Center 200-300 m²; post office 100-150 m²; Repair Shop 100 m²; savings bank 100-150 m².

2.Clean vegetable market:about 1,000 m².

3.Commercial,service and entertainment space:about 6,000 m²,serving the surrounding settlements and cities,select Format depends.

4.Auxiliary space:bathroom,storage rooms,equipment rooms,etc. Set according to the specifications and related technical requirements.

5.Parking:motor vehicles configure by 0.6/100 m²,parking spaces on the ground accounting for 20%. Nonmotor vehicles configure by 4-6/100 m²
