题目

“中国近代优秀建筑（南京）的改造利用研究”

描述

中国现存相当的近代建筑，其中不乏优秀之作，并且已经是许多重要城市的空间形态组成部分（南京尤其明显）。今天它们既有历史遗产价值，又有城市的公共空间利用价值。如何对这些建筑进行符合今天要求的合理改造利用，并结合当今城市实际的发展条件，增建相关的建筑来组成新的公共空间，都值得许多设计的研究和实验。

要求

要求学生掌握建筑设计基本的技能与知识（测绘、建模、调研、分析），并能进行深入的设计研究（建筑结构、构造，功能策划）。

“Study on Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Outstanding Chinese Modern Architecture(in Nanjing)”

Description

There are a large amount of modern architecture existing in China,many of which are outstanding as a part of urban space and morphology in many important cities(especially in Nanjing).

Today they are considered valuable not only as historical heritage to be preserved,but also as urban public space to be rehabilitated. It is deserved to do many study and experiment on how to reconstruct and rehabilitate these buildings to meet today's requirement and reality,and add related buildings to form new public spaces altogether.

Requirement

Master the basic techniques and knowledge of architectural design(measuring and drawing,modeling,inventory,analysis),make a thorough study on historical buildings in designing(architectural structure,construction,function plot program).
