课程介绍

当今建筑学教育除了培养学生的建筑设计业务能力外，还应培养学生具有一定的建筑设计管理及工程管理能力，以配合建筑设计体制改革及建筑师职业化工作中的相应需求，讲授建筑师在业务工作中处理责、权、利的基本原则，以利于学生日后进行较为完善的业务运作。

要求学生从职业建筑师的角度思考自身业务能力的训练培养，了解建筑师在业务工作中应有的责、权、利，从理论上学习如何正确处理建筑管理中的各种问题和矛盾，理解建筑师在建筑设计及管理中的无可推卸的统筹领导角色，为进入社会服务做好相应的心理和理论准备。

主要内容

1.建筑师的职业道德及社会权利范围。

2.简介国内外建筑师考试制度，事务所的组成与运作，及中国建筑设计市场的现状和发展走向。

3.建筑师业务管理范围的基本知识，即除建筑设计外的工程可行性评估，设计过程管理，专业化分工，报酬总观及工程监理等。

4.学习对基本设计管理文件的写作，着重训练设计合同书、可行性报告、设计文件的写作。

Course Description

In addition to educating students’ professional capabilities of architectural design,the contemporary architecture educates students to master certain capabilities in architectural design management and engineering management so as to cater the system reform of architectural design and the relevant need in the architect professionalization efforts,teaches architects the basic principle for dealing with responsibilities,rights and interests in their businesses,thus facilitating students’ more comprehensive business operations in the future.

It requires students to consider training their own business capabilities from the perspective of a professional architect,know about an architect’s due responsibilities,rights and interests in their businesses,theoretically learn how to correctly handle various problems and contradictions in construction management and understand an architect’s undeniable role of overall leadership in architectural design and management,thus being psychologically and theoretically ready for the entry into social services.

The Main Content

1.Architect’s professional ethics and scope of social rights.

2.Introduction to domestic and foreign architect examination systems,the composition and operation of an architect’s firm and the status quo and development trend of China’s architectural design market.

3.Basics of the scope of an architect’s business management,i.e. engineering feasibility assessment,design process management,specialized division of labor,remuneration outlook,project supervision,etc. in addition to architectural design.

4.Learn the composition of basic design management documents,with focus on training the composition of design contract,feasibility report and design document.
