B:不过,即使这样,我们在开立信用证时,还要付银行的手续费。假使你方能接受承兑交单或付款交单,那就帮了我们的大忙。你就当做有信用证一样,向我方开汇票支取,这对你来说,区别不大,但对我,关系可大了。至于削减订单,我们不加考虑。

4.开立信用证

B:货物何时可以抵达我方?
