五、非单据条件
如信用证载有某些条件，但并未规定需提交与之相符的单据，这种条件就称为非单据条件。
UCP600第14条规定如下（国际商会中国国家委员会，2007，p28）：
g. A document presented but not required by the credit will be disregarded and may be returned to the presenter.
提交的非信用证所要求的单据将被不予理会，并可被退还交单人。
解读：银行将非单据条件视同没有提出而不予理会。
非单据条件举例：
1. The age of the carrying vessel as at the date of loading is no more than 15 operating years.
截至装运时，载货船只的船龄不得超过15年。（信用证不要求提交船龄文件）
2. Shipment is to be made by a vessel of U.K. nationality or by a vessel flying her flag.
在英国国籍或悬挂英国国旗的船只上进行装运。（信用证不要求提交船只国籍文件）
3. Beneficiary must immediately advise applicant of details of shipment after loading on board.
装船后受益人必须马上将装货明细通知申请人。（信用证不要求提交通知文件）
4. Goods must not be of Israeli origin.
货物不得是以色列产地。（信用证不要求提交产地证）
