潘天寿纪念馆

潘天寿纪念馆位于杭州南山路景云村1号，纪念馆原址为潘天寿晚年居所。1981年，经文化部批准设立纪念馆并对外开放，1991年在原有故居基础上扩建现代化新馆。现在，纪念馆作为杭州市级文化遗产保护单位、省级爱国主义教育基地对公众开放。

pan Tianshou Memorial locates at No.1Jingyun County of Nanshan Road，hangzhou City.This place was Mr.pan’s domicile during his late years.In 1981，his residence was rebuilt into a memorial by the approval from the Culture Department，and opened to the public after completion.In 1991，the memorial was expanded and modernized based on the former residence structure.Now it opens to the public as one of hangzhou’s city-grade cultural-relics-protecting units and a provincial patriotism education base.

潘天寿（1897-1971），早年名天授，号雷婆头峰寿者，浙江宁海人。他精于写意花鸟和山水，偶尔做人物画像。其画风大气磅礴、雄浑奇崛。

pan Tianshou (1897-1971)，alias for Leipotoufeng shouzhe，was born in Ninghai，Zhejiang province.Mr.pan was skillful in enjoyable bird and flowers，landscape paintings，and by chance he would produce character paintings.his painting style is famous for the grandeur and splendor.

潘天寿的指画别具一格，和吴昌硕、齐白石、黄宾虹并称20世纪“中国四大家”，并对中国现代画有着深厚影响。潘天寿博学多才，在艺术理论、美术教育、绘画史、绘画理论、诗歌、篆刻方面都很有造诣。通过完整且颇具影响力的教育系统，他被尊称为国画教育的创始人。

Known as a calligrapher of finger-ink，Mr.pan，along with Wu Changshuo，Qi Baishi and huang Binghong，are called the “Four Great Masters in China”of the 20th century，influenced modern painting circles a lot.As a great artist，Mr.pan was erudite in art theory，fine arts education，painting history and theory，poesy and seal cutting.By establishing the most complete and greatly influenced educational system thus far，he was respected as the founder of Chinese painting education.

1995年5月16日，中国前任国家主席江泽民视察了潘天寿纪念馆，赞扬了潘天寿的艺术成就，并对纪念馆的工作进行了褒奖。1000平方米的展出场馆陈列着潘天寿先生最有名的画作，如《雁荡花石图》、《雨霁》。

On May 16th，1995，the former president Jiang Zemin visited this memorial and praised highly of Mr.pan’s achievements in art.Mr.Jiang also acclaimed the good work of this memorial.The 1000m exhibition hall facilitates topping establishments，displaying some of pan Tianshou’s most important works，such as The picture of Flowers on Yandang Mountain and The Rain Stops.
