度假区交通规划旨在构建一套因地制宜的适合度假区特点的交通体系；度假区绿化规划旨在满足度假区多样化的休闲需要，将度假区建成人与环境协调发展的生态型园林区域，塑造与迪士尼乐园呼应、互补的独特区域形象；度假区水系规划旨在优化和完善度假区河网布局，指导度假区的配套水系和相关市政工程建设，提高该地区防洪除涝能力；度假区低碳发展规划践行可持续发展理念，最大限度减少旅游对环境的负面影响；度假区广告规划根据度假区的功能区位、迪士尼固有的文化特色和景观环境特征，对规划范围内现有各类广告设施和发展空间进行针对性发掘并提出具体设置要求;度假区规划环评筛选和识别度假区内的主要环境问题和资源环境制约因素，对度假区的规划目标、规模、布局、结构等进行环境合理性综合论证，指导各片区控规编制，为保障度假区环境质量、有效简化环保审批流程提供依据。
On the basis of the master plan and the regulatory detailed planning, in order to ensure the realization of being green, low-carbon, sustainable and humanization, the specific planning on transportation, greenery, environment and advertisement and other fields have been made further on.
The Transportation Planning aims to create a humanized, civil, equal transportation system that suits the characteristics of Resorts Zone; the Greenery Planning aims to satisfy various recreational demands of Resorts Zone and which will be built into an ecological landscape area with agreeable environment and a unique area both echoing with and complementary with Disney Resort; the Water System Planning aims to optimize and improve the water system layout in Resorts Zone, to guide the affiliated water system and related civil engineering projects, to improve the flood-preventing and drainage capabilities; the Low-carbon Planning, compiled in such sustainable development principle as being green, low-carbon and ecological, elevate low-carbon tourism services level, minimize the negative impact of tourism on environment; the Advertisement Planning, based on the function positioning of Resorts Zone, the unique cultural features of Disney and the characteristics of landscape environment, makes targeted research of various kinds of preexisting advertisement facilities and growth space within the scope of planning and puts forward concrete placement requirements which will serve as references for administration and law enforcement; the EIA of planning screens and identifies major environmental challenges and limiting factors in resources and environments, so as to guide the detailed planning of parcels, to guarantee the environmental quality and to provide reference for effectively streamlining formalities of environmental protection review and approval.
