近五年文书学研究若干问题综述

【摘要】本文对2001年以来文书学研究中的若干问题，包括文件、公文、文书的关系，公文学史，文件与档案的关系，文件生命周期理论与文件连续体理论，文件中心与现行文件利用中心、《归档文件整理规则》与立卷改革，文档一体化管理，文件运动理论等问题进行了综述。

Study of the Past Five Years on a Number of Instruments Summary

【Abstract】This paper reviewed a number of issues since 2001.It includes the relationship between the documents，official paper，instruments and public literary histroy.It also includes the relationship between the paper and file document life-cycle theory of continuum theory and the use of paper documents with the existing center.“FilingDocuments rules”and the reform of filing，document management integration，document development theory and other instruments for the study were reviewed.
