糖尿病足由于全身情况的不同,伤口愈合较其他伤口困难,在TIME原则下进行处理当中,可以采取进一步治疗促进伤口的愈合,如可以选择更加高级的新型敷料,或进行伤口负压引流的治疗。负压治疗在糖尿病足溃疡的治疗方面已经被认可,它可以减少细菌定植,减轻水肿,减少渗出,促进伤口愈合,是不错的选择方式,但是对于缺血足和感染过于严重的糖尿病足,这种治疗也需要谨慎。在新型敷料的使用方面,还没有更多的研究,此外因其价格昂贵,需要对其性价比进行评估,具体可见表2-2。
