髋关节解脱术

关节解脱术在不得以情况下采用，适应证为：混合感染，抗生素无效，感染无法控制，组织大量破坏，甚至造成神经血管受累。尽管解脱术治疗最彻底，但涉及患者的接受性问题，需要慎重考虑。
