伴发于骨折的软组织损伤分类

软组织的损伤对于骨折的治疗和预后同样重要，对伴发于骨折的软组织损伤分类，较为常用的是美国的Gustilo－Anderson分类和德国的Tscherne－Oestern分类（详见本书第3章第四节）。

AO/OTA的软组织损伤分类系统，分为皮肤、肌肉肌腱和血管神经损伤3大类。闭合骨折的皮肤损伤以IC表示（表2－105），开放骨折的皮肤损伤以IO表示（表2－106）。字母“I”源于拉丁语和盎格鲁－撒克逊语，表示覆盖物的意思，字母“C”和“O”分别表示闭合和开放骨折。肌肉肌腱损伤以MT（muscle tendon injury）表示（表2－107），血管神经损伤以NV（neurovascular injury）表示（表2－108）。每种损伤根据严重程度可再分为5级：1表示正常（开放骨折除外），2～4表示损伤程度逐渐加重，5表示某些特殊情况。
