HELLP综合征是妊娠高血压疾病,子痫前期的严重的并发症,表现为溶血、肝功能损害和血小板减少,对母胎均造成严重影响。了解疾病的发病机制并预测其发病是我们面临的重要课题之一。中井章人等探讨了超声测量肝脏血流量预测HELLP综合征的方法,发现正常孕妇28周后肝脏血流量有意义增多,主要是门脉回流增加,反映了随孕周增加循环血流量增加。妊娠高血压综合征重度子痫前期时门脉血流量明显减少,肝动脉血流代偿性增加,维持肝脏总血流量。HELLP综合征发病前4天内超声检查,结果门脉、肝动脉血流量均明显减少,与没有HELLP综合征的妊娠高血压疾病比较门脉血流量有意义减少,肝脏循环失代偿,总的肝脏血流量明显减少,出现肝功能损害。
