7.6 应该充分利用卫星磁测成果
在国际地球位场十年期间,一些发射磁测卫星的国家(如丹麦、德国、美国、法国等)的地磁学界,研究工作十分活跃。在地核场和岩石圈磁场研究的许多方面,有了长足的进展:在内源场方面,建立了综合模型(CM系列);建立了岩石圈磁场模型(MF系列等);制作了地核场和异常场模型与图件(IGRF、WMM、WDMAM等),还建立了磁性地壳厚度模型。这些模型,或者以所采用的公式及系数的形式公诸于世,经过计算就可得到磁场值;或者公布磁场值,可直接使用。系数和磁场值是由原始数据经过处理后得到的,用起来比较方便。此外,相关的论文很多,其中数据处理以及定量解释方法和步骤,也值得借鉴。这是一种丰富的资源,应该在研究工作中充分利用。可以进行研究工作的课题很多,其中之一是本章所论述的,作者希望见到利用卫星数据求得的中国CTD图及热流密度图。
